When developing a course, quality aspects have to be considered from the beginning, as well as quality aspects that have to be considered and reviewed during the creation, implementation and evaluation of the course. The EADTU E-xcellence Quality Benchmark Framework is proposed for the project VTT - Box.eu as it is one of the most recognised quality frameworks in the education sector. In the following, the increase in quality and critical characteristics as well as the interest groups involved and their roles will be presented.
